wig color: #3 base with dimensional brown balayagehighlights. Our wigs are custom colored using salon grade hair color unlike factory colored wigs. The hair will fade/oxidize over time. To maintain longevity of your wig. Alway wash in color water. Using sulfate salon grade product only. Style low heat and keep hair stored in cool area away from direct sun.

All wig ship out 2-3 business days. Tracking number will be provided as soon as shipping label is made. Most order are shipped usps with insurance up to the value of your purchase. All package require in personal or wire signature

2 day return policy from day received unless stated. For example if you recieved your wig on a Monday you’ll have until Tuesday to have the package dropped off and a tracking number sent to me. There are no returns on final sale hair pieces. Buyer pays for return shipping/fees. All item must be returned in original condition. There will be a 10% restock fee on all returned hair pieces.
